IDBL Data Protection Policy/Privacy Statement
Ipswich & District Badminton League collects the following information via the league’s affiliation membership form for the sole purpose of administering the league:

Name of Club

Details of Club Night and Match Nights

Contact Details of Two Club Officials, Including Name, Address, Telephone Number and Email Addresses.
The information listed above will be used for these purposes:

To enable the League’s management to keep in touch with the affiliated clubs

To satisfy Badminton England and Suffolk Badminton Association membership requirements

To have enough forms of contact with affiliated clubs to ensure all players in the league are aware of news and events within the league.
A copy of the affiliated club details is available on the league web site http://www.idbl.org.uk/Club%20A-Z.htm
All contact with affiliated clubs will be by email or phone using the details provided.
The data will be kept for a year and club officials can ask for their data to be removed at any time by contacting mail@idbl.org.uk
All information will be removed from records when the league secretary is notified of changes in the affiliated club officers.
All information will be stored on the League Secretary’s personal computer in addition to the league website.
