All outdated contact records will be completely removed from our records immediately upon the league secretary receiving notification of internal changes regarding club officers.
To guarantee complete processing availability and operational resilience, live directory records are securely hosted and stored within protected cloud-based infrastructure, in strict addition to restricted administrative backups maintained on the League Secretary's local workstation.
